Unable to send SMS from Windows 7 by ZTE AC682 or Harvilon ED269 Modem

Solution of Some problem to send SMS from Windows 7 by ZTE AC682 or Harvilon ED269 :

 Problem 1: Sending button not working.

Problem 2: Network bar and RIM searching showing at wrong position.

Windows 7 Ultimate > Desktop > (Right Click) Personalize > Display > (Select) Smaller – 100% (default) rather that Medium (125%)

This problem is occurred due to display color resolution settings.
